My Central Vac System has been around for quite awhile. It has always worked very well but it was time for a new power head. I bought the TurboCat Zoom Vacuum Carpet Brush to replace my old power head. The price was competitive and I received my Carpet Brush within just a few days of ordering it. I had contacted a local vacuum shop and they said it would take three weeks to get this part in their shop. I will come back to this site for all my Central Vac needs.

I really like this vacuum head so much better than the low end model that came with my in home system. It has fantastic suction, and never once jammed with small things it picked up. My carpet feels so soft now- softer than when it was new!
The only thing I wish was that it were a little bit quieter- but then all vacuums are loud.

LOVE IT - I would highly recommend this to anyone who has a central system that doesn't have power - we have a super powerful vacuum and that really make the performance on the TurboCat superior!

Very pleased with the weight of the TurboCat versus my old one which was heavy. The brushes are doing a good job cleaning up dog hair and lint. Our carpet looks fuller and cleaner. Thank you.

I really like my new powerhead. The only question I had is when I go to vacuum the connection between the powerhead and the pole makes a loud clicking noise. Amy Acker (NOTE: This is not right, please call us.)

Thanks for asking my opinion, I appreciate that. I still use my older model for my carpets, as the new one seems to drag so much more with the longer brushes. Not as much power. I have low pile carpets, but it drags like they're shag. Anyway, I do like it on my vinyl floors it scrapes up goobers by going over them one more time! I bought the new one because the older model's brushes were worn down and the aluminum by the wheels was marking up my vinyl and wood floors, so... it was time for a new model. I bought the TurboCat Zoom for my winter home and have used it only twice so far. It seems to have done a fairly good job, but I have extremely thick carpets and may be expecting too much. I also have a previous model on which the drive belt continually breaks so I'm hoping this new model is an improvement.
