Everything fit, and worked as advertised. And the customer service was wonderful; we mistakenly ordered a direct connect hose instead of the pigtail and called to ask how to go about returning the hose and getting the one with the correct hookup. Their solution was to send us a conversion kit free of charge! We were extremely pleased with the company and the product and would not hesitate to recommend it to others!

I am very satisfied with the electric brush, hose and telescopic wands. I don't care for the natural bristle floor brush with wheels. It doesn't seem to pick up much on tile floors.
