Must make sure there are no small hard objects on the floor before vacuuming, such as small screws or nails, or bobbypins, as these will jam up the turbine in such a way you have to disassemble the assembly to free it.
| | melville - New York |  April 7, 2009 | The Powerhead isnt working as well as we thought it would. It seems the brushes stop rotating once we put on the carpet. (Please Note: TurboCat is AirDriven. If the suction is not powerful on the vacuum, if the system has any leaks - even small, or if the filter is clogged, the brush will not run well. You do have the option of buying an electric kit. They fit into all the systems that an air kit fits but they provide their own power to rotate the brush. They are quieter and some feel they clean better.)
