| Mary; Center Township - Pennsylvania | June 28, 2011 | I purchased this attachment kit to replace the worn out attachments for my current vacuum. I thought they would be exactly the same but, unfortunately, it looks like TurboCat is trying to save money by providing a product of lower quality than what originally came with the vacuum. The metal pipe that attaches to the motor end of the hose lacks the little spring-loaded button that locks the pipe in place. As a result, the metal pipe keeps falling off the hose when I move it back and forth, which is INCREDIBLY aggravating. It also seems like the new vacuum doesn't have the same power as the old one. It sounds weaker and doesn't pick up as well. I'm disappointed, but unless I want to buy an entire new unit, I guess I have to take what I can get. I think I'll switch vacuum brands when this one finally goes, though. (CVO RESPONSE: We will work with this customer to exchange the kit for an electric kit (which works a lot better), and/or will work with her on the wand situation mentioned, and we will ask if her suction has gone done which will make the vacuum work slower.)
