The motor was shorter than my original unit, but I was able to make it work. Maybe the x-reference # was off?

Purchased as a replacement motor for a Hoover central vacuum. Motor is supplied with bare wire power leads so appropriate termination is buyer's responsibility.

The motor arrived fast and in a custom foam cushion box providing excellent protection. Easy to install using spring clips that just hooked into the housing. A perfect match made easy by wire nutting two wires and it was done and operating in a few minutes. The motor is of high quality construction and easy to install with basic wiring knowledge.
