The box was not damaged so it was broken before or as it was being "dropped" in the box. I took the part off the old motor instead of returning it. After 1 month the motor works fine. (CVO.COM NOTES: IF A MOTOR ARRIVES CRACKED, IT WILL BE REPLACED AT OUR EXPENSE.)

NOTE: There are two digits following the six digit Lamb Ametek motor number are -00 unless otherwise noted. Regardless of the -## they can replace each other. However, -13 should be used in all vacuums involving water. -07 motors simply have different wire ends. Motors can be used in vacuum and blower applications.
