This high quality dense foam gasket comes pre-cut for use in many sized applications. It's job is to seal the motor to the vacuum case, and cheap insurance for a high quality suction. A peel and stick application with quality glue, application is easy. Highly recommended with every motor change-out as the motor is held tight to the case by spring clips and is subject to vibration rub on this gasket.
| | DON M., HOUSTON - Texas |  August 21, 2009 | THE PAD SIZE IS TOO LARGE FOR THE MOTOR, ITS CIRCUMFERENCE OVERLAPS THE MOTOR BY ONE INCH. YOU HAVE TO TRIM IT OR INSTALL IT AS IS WITH THE OVERLAP.
| | - Wisconsin | January 26, 2009 | This gasket was used to replace the old when the vacuum motor was replaced. The gasket fit correctly and had adhesive to one side to hold it in place while the motor was bolted back on. If you're replacing your vacuum motor, spend the extra couple bucks and replace the gasket.
