Our Best Price Guarantee
We guarantee the best prices on all motors, on comparable attachment kits (Deluxe, TurboCat, and Stealth), and on carpet
beater heads (Electric, TurboCat, and TurboCat Zoom). If you find a better total price then ours (including shipping)
please copy and paste the final check out screen of the competitor's website and send the name of the website to
sales@centralvacuumonline.com.
After reviewing, and validation, we will take the difference plus an ADDITIONAL 5% of the total off your purchase.
The final purchase will be done on the phone or via an emailed coupon. NOTE: Your research must be done BEFORE your
purchase and the competitor must be legitimate and the product actually deliverable.
Shipping and Handling
Sorry, no PO Boxes. CentralVacuumOnline ships throughout the 48 Contiguous United States only.
Shipping charges are as follows:
- Flat Rate $9.95 (UPS Ground - delivers Monday thru Friday) (Orders are received within 1 to 5 business days)
- Free Shipping on orders over $70
- Expedited shipping is available (but not for PO BOXES):
- 3rd Day UPS Air $24.95 (order must be placed by 1 p.m. PST)
- Overnight UPS Air $54.95 (order must be placed by 1 p.m. PST)
- (Note: CentralVacuumOnline ships orders Monday thru Thursday.)
Since nearly 100% of the products at CentralVacuumOnline.com are in stock at all times, most orders will shipped the same day the order is placed. If not, shipment is within one or two business days. Every effort is made to send expedite orders out the same day. If an order will be delayed, we'll send you an email. Please note we are closed from around Christmas to just after New Year's Day.
In most instances orders will be shipped directly by our supplier. We monitor all orders to ensure that they have been sent to you in a timely manner. Should you ever have any questions please contact our Customer Service Department at info@centralvacuumonline.com or call us at 800-971-7172.
The map provides service schedules in business days for UPS Ground shipments. For UPS Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. UPS Air does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. UPS does not count the day the item is shipped as a shipping day.
Tracking numbers and information are sent the following day for all UPS shipments if an email was provided during checkout.
CANADA ORDERS. We do not ship to Canada at this time, but we highly recommend MD Manufacturing for central vacuum parts to Canada.
Order Confirmation
If an email address is supplied, we will send you an electronic receipt confirming your order. This receipt will include
an order number and details for future reference.
Warranty
30-day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on all products! Exchanges and Refunds are easy! For
warranty claims that require sending product back to CentralVacuumOnline, a Return Merchandise
Authorization Number number must be issued and the customer will pay for the freight to send the
product back. Warranty replacements are given only when product cannot be repaired by CentralVacuumOnline, or its
supplier, or the customer. For warranty claims that the customer can fix, parts will be sent out free of charge.
All products from CentralVacuumOnline come with a 2-year warranty that covers "normal" household product usage.
Return & Exchange Policies
In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or a product arrives damaged, you may return the merchandise in its
original condition directly to our store within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise for a full refund. We can only
refund shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error. To return or exchange any product you must
have a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" and follow specific instructions from
CentralVacuumOnline. Please save all boxes and packing materials. Please do not return the merchandise
without authorization by our Customer Service Department or you will encounter major delays.
