| | DW, Caldwell - Idaho | June 18, 2010 | I decided to replace the permanent bag (Large Inverted Cloth Filter) in our AirVac 525A central vac while I was replacing the motors. This replacement bag doesn't appear to be quite as heavy material as the original AirVac one, but it fit well and so far seems to do what it's supposed to do. From appearances I suspect this filter is made from a more modern material than the original and seems to be well-made. I don't know if it contributes to the better suction that we have now since replacing it and the motors together, but it's working at least as well as the original filter. I don't know about long-term, but right now I'm very happy with the fit and function of the filter.
| | - Washington |  May 27, 2010 | it didn't fit my Easy-Flo built in vac (too small although advertised as 14"). It was cheaply made of thin fabric, and not well sewn together. Definitely not worth $50.
