Thanks for inquiring about our satisfaction with the products we bought from you. Overall we are pleased with the hose and stealth attachment. They are a big improvement over the original. My wife is disappointed with the attachment for vacuuming bare floors. It does not attach to the handle very well and comes loose frequently. You should have made it so that it is held on with the button. The cleaning head has brushes that actually inhibit materials from being sucked up off a bare floor. We find that the old Sears attachment works better; short brushes on the back with open front and a button type attachment with the hose handle. If you are interested in more details, I can email photos to make my point.
Finally the 6 foot electric cord does not reach the wall plug because the central vac outlets are placed too far away. My unique problem. We added a short heavy duty extension cord to fix that. A 10 foot cord coming out of the hose would have worked.

The motor is working fine and arrived nicely packed. The problem I had with your service was that after 4-5 days of not seeing a confirmation e-mail of impending delivery from you, I called to discover that you had a "problem" with the credit card. I gave you the numbers again, and it "went through". I should not have to be the one that picked up on this problem. I'd look into finding a system that lets a customer know right away if this occurs.

Navigating the website was easy using only the model number of the vacuum. Upon ordering I used the customer service operator to verify the correct motor and gasket. Delighted she was a company employee and not some overseas vendor. She was fast, knowledgeable, and friendly. All my information was verified by email response and the unit arrived promptly at a great price.

I placed my order on-line at 6:10 AM on Thursday, July 30th. I called 30 minutes after you opened to confirm the order and to make sure the motor would be shipped UPS Next Day delivery and would go out that day for Friday delivery. I was told it would. It was not sent to UPS until late in the day and arrived too late to make the overnight shipment deadline. It did not arrive until late Monday afternoon. I was refunded the difference between next day and 2nd day shipping. I appreciate the refund, but I got the impression that it really did not seem to be important to them or unusual. Don't promise what you can't deliver.

Ordered an ametek motor for electrolux central vac. Easy to install and is better built than the original motor. The new motor has more suction.. The service center reps are real helpful.

Most companies just string you along when an item is on back-order so they won't lose the sale, but I got an email that told me the expected date that it could be in and gave me an option to keep the order or cancel. Great Service and I kept the order. I love communication. Thanks
