Customer Service Policy

At Central Vacuum Online, our mission is to provide the highest quality service and central vac parts and products to our customers at the best price. Using the latest security and encryption technologies, your shopping is safe and we guarantee the security of your information.


Shipping and Handling

Central Vacuum Online ships throughout the 48 Contiguous United States only.

  • Sorry, no PO Boxes.
  • Flat Rate $8.95, most orders are shipped Monday to Thursday and arrive within 3 business days.
  • Free Shipping on orders over $60.
  • Expedited shipping is available (but not for PO Boxes) and the order must be placed by 1pm PST M-Th: 3rd Day FedEx Air $24.95 and Overnight FedEx Air $54.95.

Most orders placed Monday through Thursday will ship within one business day and should arrive within 3 business days from our nearest warehouse. If an order will be delayed, we'll send you an email.

For FedEx Ground, a business day does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. FedEx Air does not include Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. FedEx does not count the day the item is shipped as a shipping day. Tracking numbers and information are sent the following day for all FedEx shipments if an email was provided during checkout.


Canada Orders

Average Canada Shipping Time

We offer shipping to Canada. Same as US shipping, we work hard to ensure the package leaves the same day it was placed. Shipping rates will be determined in checkout.


Confirm/Track

If an email address is supplied, we will send you an electronic receipt confirming your order. This receipt will include an order number and details for future reference. An e-mail with tracking information will follow once the order has shipped.


Warranty

30-day Money Back Satisfaction Guarantee on all products! Exchanges and Refunds are easy! For warranty claims that require sending product back to Central Vacuum Online, a Return Merchandise Authorization Number number must be issued and the customer will pay for the freight to send the product back. Warranty replacements are given only when product cannot be repaired by Central Vacuum Online, or its supplier, or the customer. For warranty claims that the customer can fix, parts will be sent out free of charge.

All products from Central Vacuum Online come with a 2-year warranty (except motors which have 1-year) that covers "normal" household product usage.


Return & Exchange Policies

In the unlikely event that you are not satisfied or a product arrives damaged, you may return the merchandise in its original condition directly to our store within 30 days of receipt of the merchandise for a full refund. We can only refund shipping costs if the return is as a result of our error. To return or exchange any product you must have a "Return Merchandise Authorization Number" and follow specific instructions from Central Vacuum Online. Please save all boxes and packing materials. Please do not return the merchandise without authorization by our Customer Service Department or you will encounter major delays.
