The hose socks work with and fit on all Nutone Vacuum Hoses.
The 30ft Hose Sock is the shortest available but will work fine with any 25ft hose. The actual sock length is 27ft. It is made to be short on the 30ft hose, meaning it will cover the entire 25ft hose and be a little loose throughout the middle which is not a problem at all.
The hose socks fit 1-1/4" to 1-3/8" hoses without any problems. Thank you for asking.
No, the zipper will not catch on carpet as it is hidden and protected.
