Large Inverted Cloth Filter
For all central vacuums whose support rim is 14 inches wide. You can also measure the diameter of the vacuum tank once the bottom is removed. The inverted cloth filter is made of high quality "self-cleaning" material, with a weighted middle. To remove, pull inward from the top edge which will cause it to flex and fall out. To clean, power wash and let dry completely. To reinstall, push rim inward and let it snap into place inside the groves of the tank. Filter should be replaced every five or so years.

This filter may or may not work for Fasco. Some Fasco filters had a large rubber gasket sewn into a filter just like this one. If that is the case then that filter is no longer available. If there is no rubber sewn into yours then this is the correct replacement filter.
Measure the diameter of the cylinder tank after you remove the bottom dirt container. This is the diameter of the inverted cloth filter you will need.

To clean a center weighted inverted cloth filter on a regular basis, remove the bottom bucket, place a plastic trash bag over the bottom, and grab the filter and shake it out. Using the plastic trash bag protects you from getting covered in dust.
You would need to measure your original filter to be sure as the Large Inverted Cloth Filter measures 14 diameter.
