Low voltage on the boards is 24 volts. The minibreakers are not part of the low voltage, just the high voltage. If there are two breakers that would be a board for two motors.

Bypass Circuit Board to Test Motor

Question: How can you trouble shoot a Hayden 3600 circuit board? How do you bypass it to eliminate it as the problem? Vacuum will not work.

You can put 110 volts directly to the motor lead wires but you have to run it for 10 minutes to see if the motor is good. Bad motors look good after they have been handled, but if they are going bad they will shut off by themselves within 10 minutes or so.

Question: Good afternoon. I replaced my original circuit board for my Hayden Supor premier model with this circuit board. Part # M-CB15A my question is my old existing board had one ground wire coming off of the board and it had a connection for the LED back track light in the front. The new board has two yellow wires coming from it does one of those need to be grounded and one of them power LED for the track system what are the wires for?

The wires are low voltage wires that go to an on/off low voltage switch on the side of the tank if you have one, if not they can be ignored.
