My new carpet attachment works great! Your sales staff was excellent. I have an older central vac system (almost 20 years old) and she talked me through the measurements I needed to make to ensure this would work. It's a great attachment and my rugs haven't been this clean for quite a while. I highly recommend the produce and your services.

Unfortunately, it is not compatible with the BEAM Q Vacuum System. However, we can build you a kit that has the Centec Response II CT23, for super soft carpets. Please give us a call and we'd be glad to customize a kit to fit your needs.

We would need to know about the hose that you are planning on plugging the power head into or the inlet valve you currently have (if you are planning on purchasing the kit with hose). Please give us a call to determine compatibility at your convenience.
The CT-23 was the former model #. It has probably had minor updates by the manufacturer that required the update of the model #.

The only powerhead we currently recommend for that style carpet is the Response CT25QD.
