SuperValve Fullface Inlet Cover Kit
This inlet kit will control both high and low voltage wires.
This inlet has two holes for the hose to plug into. This is also known as "direct connect".
Includes: rough-in mounting plate with J-box, and your choice of color face place. Outer dimensions: 3-1/8" by 4-7/8". Manufactured by Hayden.

Most likely you'll need to replace that one inlet and the problem will be solved. The system is properly working based on the other inlet functioning. There are two contacts INSIDE the large hole where the hose is inserted. One of the contacts is probably not there or lost its tension. Touching foil on the two little extruding contacts inside the hole should start the suction. It could be the wires on the back of the inlet, maybe one wire fell off.
The inner diameter measures 1-1/2 .
