Fits Other Hoses?

Question: I have a Beam central vac, and the quotgaragequot hose handle, which is plastic, is broken. There is no switch in the handle. Will this handle work with the grey plastic hose that I have? I'd literally cut the hose off of the existing handle (it seems to be a one piece molded together). How ould the open end of the existing hose attach to this handle? Does it just screw in? Thank you!

Yes, this will work with and fit on any central vacuum hose and it does "screw" in but backwards, counter clock wise.

Does This Have A Bleeder Valve To Reduce Suction?

Yes, this item does have the bleeder valve to adjust the flow of air.

Replacement Hose

Question: I have model 5807 and serial number 281835. my hose it ripped by the plastic ring. what hose do i need. my builder purchased the Budd system for us?

The model number/serial number for your system do not necessarily coordinate to your hose. Please provide a photo of your hose handle and the wall end of the hose for review. Once we have a better understanding of your system, we will be better able to assist you with a replacement.
