This motor exhaust coupling can be used on either side. The wider side has an inner diameter of 2in, and an outer diameter of 2-1/4in. The narrow side has an inner diameter of 1-7/8in, and an outer diameter of 2-1/8in. This is used with central vacuum pipe to add to the length of the exhaust. This exhaust can be used with both central vacuum pipe and SCH40; however, the exhaust may be confined with the SCH40 since the SCH40 is thicker.

Bought the wrong part. Too expensive to ship it back. Not worth bothering with. My fault, not yours.
