Centralux Wall Vacuum Plates?
Question: WE have a Centralux whole house system. The spring in the inlet cover has broken on one so, the door won't close and pulls air when hose is attached to another inlet. Our unit has electric connections on its back and the act of inserting the hose enables the vacuum through that hose. IS THIS THE RIGHT REPLACEMENT UNIT FOR US?

This sounds like the correct replacement vacuum wall inlet for your Centralux. There are two screws on the back for wires and that is the only spot for electrical connections.

Question: currently have almond wall plate covers and are looking to swap them with white. Not sure if these will work or not. We have a astro-vac but not sure where to find model number.

The metal inlet valve would be recommended to hold up better to the elements of an outdoor valve although, it is recommended that any outdoor inlet valves are protected from any weather or extreme temperatures. 
Question: I need this style Electrolux cover in white but it must be 120volt hardwire
