How to Install

Question: How do you instal the foam filter into the central vac?

CVO's Answer:
This filter replaces filters like it that are already in central vac units. If your central vacuum doesn't have this filter then it will not fit in your appliance. For those that do have it, it passes through a threaded rod and held in place by a washer and screw.

Question: We have a Centrolux Model 1580 and require a foam replacement filter (ours has disintegrated so can't measure) Original was 'smooth' and white.

Question: Hi, I have an Aerus CentraLux system, model E130G. 2 questions does this system use a bag at all and is there any way to replace the piece that holds the filter in place? Thanks.

You will want to contact Centralux to see if there is a disposable bag filter that can be used with this model as well as purchase the retainer cap (if there is one available). Thank you.
