Easy retrofit for 30 year old transformer amp relay. Instructions say to saw-off the low-voltage tower if it's not needed I found de-soldering quick and easy.

I am happy the the product..works great. However, I am disappointed with the shipping and handling. The part is only 4quot x 2quotx 3quot in size but it was placed in a very large box approx 16quot x 8quot x 8quot which triggered custom fee and taxes of of $25. The savings I thought I would gain by ordering form Central Vacuum On Line was soon evaporated.

In the end, the product worked just fine and I'm happy. However, the placement of the connectors on this board is different from the Beam original and I had to extend a wire from my vacuum motor. No big deal, but extra effort.
In addition, the first board I received had a bad relay. I called Customer Service and they sent a replacement right away.

We carry a durable, generic circuit board for Nutone systems available to ship within 24 hours (Single Motor System Circuit Board #M-CB15A). The mini-breaker and low voltage connection tower come with nuts that screw down and secure the board to the outside of the vacuum tank. If these two holes do not align with holes on the vacuum tank a new hole will have to be made. We suggest using a step drill to drill the additional hole.
You can view our Universal Circuit Board for the Nutone CV353 on our website. Please note: this board contains the necessary components to operate your system, but may not be an exact replacement. This may require you to remount the board in your unit.
Hello and thank you for contacting Central Vacuum Online, my name is Ally and I am happy to assist you today.
If the board has power it is more likely to be a motor issue you are experiencing. When you try to turn the unit on manually, do you hear an internal clicking sound?
