Excellent and fast service. I ordered wrong part, then reordered correct one. They responded immediately, sent me correct part, refunded me for original part and said not to bother returning wrong part (I guess it's more hassle for them).

Question: My chord has pin that are about 516 center to center. Are we talking about the same thing? Can you check the center of pin to center of pin distance and confirm 516 Thanks RIch

Question: I am replacing a burnt out cord on a Beam brush head. It has 3 wires, do I ignore the red one?
