Kenmore Compatible?

Question: Will these hoses fit onto my Sears Central vac system model #116-4053180 ?

CVO's Answer:
Whatever model vacuum you have, the wall inlets may be different depending on the installer's preference. If they are standard, or 1-1/2" diameter, the hoses fit perfectly. Can I use the Garage Kit in my home?

Question: Can I use these attachments for in house use? My system is a Broan CV40.

Yes, absolutely! The attachments are all standard tools you would find in any in-home kit. We labeled it the Garage Kit since it comes with a basic hose (better for the quick clean-ups) but your use is not limited to just the garage!

How Does This Hose Activate My System?

Question: I have an Air Vac system. I have a low voltage hose with the button lock. I am looking to use this set in the basement only. If there is no button or onoff switch how does it come on? Does it automatically turn on when the hose is inserted in the inlet or do I have to turn the ON button on on the main vacuum unit?

CVO's Answer:
Your central vacuum system will activate immediately upon inserting the hose end in the inlet valve. You have the option of upgrading the hose to a Low Voltage Hose with an on/off and button lock. Please contact our office for details.

Question: We have a Simplicity garage kit, and the end of the hose and crevice attachment has been damaged. Do you just sell the hose and crevice tool attachment? The model of our central vac is SPU-C140. Is this compatible?
