Bought this as a replacement for a system that was almost 20 years old. Didn't really know what to expect with an aftermarket system but it fits and works better than the original one. Not the cheapest system but if it lasts even 10 years, I'll be satisfied.

The staff is great too. Their hook ups looked a little different than mine so I sent them a series of pictures of our connections and after a few emails, they assured me it would work, and it did.

There are actually two configurations for the plug in. To convert their set up to our, we simply changed the power plug pig tail. Instructions are clear and everything fits perfectly.

So far, it's working very well and we're happy with the purchase.

Kenmore Reducer Available?
Question: I have an old Sears central vac that has a 1.250" wall inlet diameter. Will this unit fit my inlet and if not is there an adapter that will make it fit?

Compatible with MD Modern Day Systems?
Question: I have a 12 gallon Modern Day Vacuum system. It is at least 10 years old. I have two Stealth Vacuum Brush Heads that I sadly need to replace. Will the EBK 360 Electric Brush fit my system? Most specifically the wand I already have? Thanks!

Yes, the Villa Elite Kit fits all MD Modern Day systems. If you only need the EBK360 head it will fit on the Stealth Hose but only using the EBK360 Telescopic Wand which is located under Products - Accessories - Wands & Tubes. Thank you for asking.
Will this Villa Kit work with my 31 year old system?
Question: My central vacuum system is 31 years old. Will this work with my system? If is does not, what are my options for sending back? Thanks

Yes this kit will work with your system. I was able to pull up a past invoice from you and judging by the hose you purchased, you will be fine to use this kit. If you run into any problems at all, though, you will be able to return the kit within 30 days for a full refund.

Will Setting I And II Work With My Kenmore System?
Question: I bought this kit recently. The power switch has 2 settings I and II. Only II works. Should both settings work with this system?

Based on your recent order, it appears you own a Kenmore central vacuum with 1.25" door activated inlet valves. Due to this style inlet, only Setting II will work on the hose you purchased. Setting I typically activates the suction on non-Kenmore style inlet valves.
Zenex Compatible?
Question: I have an old Zenex system, with a standard hose and brush. I'd like to upgrade to the Villa Elite electric package - is that possible? Will I have any problems with the hosewall outlet?

Zenex systems used standard inlets so you can easily upgrade to the Villa Elite Kit without any changes to your system. Thank you for asking!
Question: Will this work with a Nutone CV-353W system?
CVO's Answer:

Hello and thank you for contacting Central Vacuum Online my name is Ally and I am happy to assist you today.

Every item in the Villa Elite Kit is compatible with each other. To determine compatibility with your system, we need to know the inner diameter of the inlet valve opening. Nutone is typically between 1.46-1.5 inch diameter. If it is the 1.46, the standard (1.5) hose (in the Villa Elite Kit) may be a little tight but should work just fine. Let us know if you have any other questions. Thank you. 
Question: Hello! I currently have an MD airmaster central vac with a non electric hose, and I'm wondering if this would work with my current system?

It depends if you have a standard inlet which can possibly be what you have it might as the kit comes in an electrical corded version. You would have to have an outlet within 4 feet of your inlet.
