Wall Inlet Extension
Use as many of these as needed when the wall, for any reason, is too thick and causing the mount and finished cover not to meet. It adds 3/4 of an inch. You may need longer screws when using this extension. If that is too much you can cut to size.
DIAMETERS: Large end inner is 1 5/8", outer is 1 7/8". Small end inner is 1 1/2", outer is 1 5/8".

It's the perfect solution for extending the the outlet when thickness of the walls requires it. The extender was overly snug on both ends and difficult to properly seat into place without some modification to the piece, perhaps due to slight variations in product brand manufacturing.
